Shipping Policy
Carfits follows a clear and transparent shipping policy for all orders placed through our website, with no special exclusions.
We provide FREE shipping on all products.
Free shipping doesn’t mean delayed delivery. We understand the importance of receiving your order quickly, and we use the most efficient shipping methods to ensure timely delivery to your doorstep.
Each order can be shipped to one delivery address only, as provided at checkout. To deliver items to multiple addresses, separate orders must be placed.
We aim to dispatch all items within 2–4 business days after the order is confirmed. In certain cases, delivery may take up to 5 business days, depending on serviceable pin codes and the selected payment method.
If we are unable to ship the complete order within 7 business days (subject to exceptional cases), the unshipped portion of the order will be canceled. You will be notified via email, and any amount paid for the canceled items will be refunded through the original payment method.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
To ensure safe and fast delivery, we partner only with trusted courier service providers.
Depending on pin code availability, shipments may be handled by Shiprocket, Nimbus Post or Blue Dart.
While we make every effort to ship all items in a single package, certain situations such as product availability or item characteristics may require multiple shipments.
If you notice that a package is damaged, tampered with, or the product is not in acceptable condition, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately at support@wonmotors.com, mentioning your order reference number. We will arrange a replacement at the earliest.
Please note that all shipments, including complimentary items, are sent with an invoice displaying the product price in accordance with Indian tax regulations.
